Defn:

Several definitions can be used to describe what a dream is; they may include the following;

A series of mental images, emotions or thought experienced during sleep.

A scene of occurrences in the spirit realm that happens only when one is sleeping; it may feature past, present or future occurrences.

It’s a revelation/vision of activities going on in the spirit world. It may come as an activity or situation whereby the dreamer is involved.

It may come as a message for you to other people or a direct message for you. It may come as an attack on you from Satan.

Like a certain lady had a dream where some strange men and a cousin of her husband were escorting her husband to be killed by firing squad.

Then in the dream she shouted “heavenly father, the God of Elijah fight for my husband.” Then a lightening struck all those men dead and her husband was freed.

She was able to do this because she was spiritually alive and she also knew the strategies of the devil to kill and destroy.

Unfortunately there are many people who are spiritually weak in their sleep and dreams, and in case of any attack in the dreams, they can’t fight they take off and run. Things came chasing them, they can’t even stand or command them to go away.

They instead ran away, others see themselves beaten down in dreams, other are defeated in dream fights etc.

Then in real life, they fail interviews, projects and their plans and programmes get disorganized etc. because their spirits couldn’t fight in the dream. Always take good care of your spirit by giving it the necessary spiritual food through the word of God and counseling. And you will be able to fight and attain your victory in the dream and defeat your enemies and rescue your loved ones as the women in the above example did.

Prayer points

-         Heavenly Father, empower me to fight and win every battle in my dreams in the name of Jesus.

-         Every curse of failure and defeat in my dreams be broken in the name of Jesus.

-         Every spirit that has ever chased me or beaten me in the dream. I come against you with the blood of Jesus.

-         All evil spirits gathered to fight me in my dreams, be scattered in the name of Jesus.

-         Every evil power that has been fighting me in my dreams. What are you still waiting for, get out of my life in the name of Jesus.

-         All doors opened to evil dreams in my life, I close them with the blood of Jesus in the name of Jesus.
