Dear Beloved Brethrens,
Greetings to you in the name of Jesus Christ!
We thank God for being good to us all throughout this year and bringing us into this last quarter of the year.
We are happy to inform you that we will be entering into a forty days prayer fast from Sunday 16th October – Thursday 24th November 2011. This fast is to ask God to crown our year with His goodness as His word tells to us in Psalm 65:11, to seek His guidance and direction for next Year 2012 and also ask Him to reveal to us the Prophetic Word for the new season. We will also be praying for God to bless Uganda and all the Nations of Africa and the world.
We strongly believe that this is a special season for Africa. God is set to bring sweeping changes in the world stage that will bring Africa to prominence to rise into greatness and nothing other than prayer can birth that forth.
We encourage you not to miss this prayer fast, your life will never remain the same. Encourage also your friends and relatives to join wherever they are. Feel free to send in your prayer requests.
We will stand and believe God with you through prayer for your answer, as we have always seen him do; we trust that He will turn things around for your good in the name of Jesus.
We shall have a teaching Conference within the last two weeks and then crown the fast with a deliverance and miracles overnight on the 25th of November, being the last Friday of the month, just a day after the conclusion of the fast. If you live within Kampala and the surrounding areas, we encourage you to come for this overnight.

FORTY DAYS PRAYER FAST
FROM 16TH OCT - 24TH NOV. 2011
The Mode of the fast will be; no eating and drinking throughout the day. But you will Take a light meal, drink and eat only after 6:00pm everyday.
Over the years the Lord has always burdened our hearts to seek Him through prayer and fasting, for guidance and direction in all that we do and as we come towards the end of this year 2011, it is important that once again we go before Him in prayer, fasting and repentance for ourselves, families, the church and our nations.
We always seek God through fasting for the following reasons:
- Like the children of Issachar in 1 Chronicles 12:32, so that we may understand the times and know what God is doing, and what we ought to do on our part as individuals and as a church to enable us be a part of God’s agenda in the nations of the world. We have begun a season during which we shall see tremendous changes across the globe and the emergence of Africa to a place of prominence
- We also seek God so that He can give us grace, wisdom and the power to accomplish His will here on earth.
- Philippians 4:13 says: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” and Psalm 18:29 “For by You I can run against a troop, By my God I can leap over a wall”. We seek God so we can overcome the forces of darkness that rise against us and also bring before Him any matter that affects us.
- John 6:44 says “No one can come to me unless the father who sent me draws him…” We also seek God for the salvation of the lost souls of men, so that they can come to Him.
- We are also told in 2 Chronicles 7:14 that “if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. In this regard we also seek God to bring healing in our land and lives.
We also pray for God to make the next year a better year for us and make us do more for Him than we have ever done before, through the prophetic word that He will speak over our lives.
May the Lord give you the grace needed for this time of prayer and fasting.

PRAYER POINTS:
Please read and meditate on the scriptures quoted in every prayer point and always be sensitive to the voice of the Holy Spirit as we speaks to you.
OCTOBER
Sunday 16th.
Repent for yourself, your Household, and your father’s house and forgive all whom you feel have wronged you. We see and example in the life of Daniel. Daniel 9:4-11 “I prayed to the LORD my God and confessed: … we have sinned and done wrong…We have not listened to your servants the prophets, who spoke in your name to our kings, our princes and our fathers, and to all the people of the land…O LORD, we and our kings, our princes and our fathers are covered with shame because we have sinned against you…Therefore the curses and sworn judgments written in the Law of Moses, the servant of God, have been poured out on us, because we have sinned against you.”
Mark 11:25 “And when you stand praying, forgive, if you have aught against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive your trespasses.” (NKJV)
Monday 17th.
Repent for the sins of the church, the community, city and nation in which you live so that God can bring healing and deliverance to the people there. The scripture tells us in Ezekiel 22:30. “I looked for a man among them who would build up the wall and stand before me in the gap on behalf of the land so I would not have to destroy it, but I found none.” Let us stand in the gap for our land during this prayer fast.
Tuesday 18th.
We are told in 1 Timothy 2:1-2 to offer prayer and intercession for our leaders. Take time and repent for the sins of leaders in government authority, Parliament, local authorities, community leaders etc and pray that God’s will shall be done through them
Wednesday 19th.
Invite the Holy Spirit to saturate your life with His presence and ask Him to help you be sensitive to His voice and all His communication to you throughout this time. John 14:15-17,
John 16:13 “However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come (NKJV)
Thursday 20th. Pray for God to frustrate the work of the people propagating homosexuality in Uganda and Africa. Pray for the Nations of Africa, to take the path of the gospel of Jesus Christ and resist the corruption of homosexuality from the western world.
Friday 21st.
Pray for all the people of Uganda and members of Parliament to be united in support of the anti- homosexuality bill that has been pending in Parliament and pray for it to be debated and passed for the sake of our children and the future of our country. Let God scatter the efforts of their advocates and release the people who have been trapped in that evil. Isaiah 8:9-10 “Associate yourselves, O ye people, and ye shall be broken in pieces; and give ear, all ye of far countries: gird yourselves, and ye shall be broken in pieces; gird yourselves, and ye shall be broken in pieces. Take counsel together, and it shall come to naught; speak the word, and it shall not stand: for God is with us.” KJV
Saturday 22nd.
Pray for God to dismantle the scheme and network of all corrupt leaders who have no heart for this country and want to use this country for personal gains and let God position the right people who fear Him in places of leadership. Proverbs 29:2 “When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked bears rule, the people mourn.”
Dan 4:32 “…the Most High rules in the kingdom of men, and gives it to whomever He chooses."
Sunday 23rd.
Pray for God to cause our leaders in the various offices in our country to be accountable to the people of Uganda and not to be destroyers of good. Romans 13:4-6 “For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil…. do that which is good, and you shall have praise of the same: For he is the minister of God to you for good. But if you do that which is evil, be afraid; for he bears not the sword in vain… to execute wrath upon him that does evil.”
Monday 24th.
Pray for God to make the oil discovered in Uganda a blessing, rather than a curse to the people of this land and let God also handle the court case involving the oil in Uganda in a way that will bring glory to His name. As Uganda enters its 50th year of independence, pray for the nation to truly experience Jubilee and fulfill her prophetic destiny. 1 Chron 12:32 “of the sons of Issachar who had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do, their chiefs were two hundred; and all their brethren were at their command”
Tuesday 25th.
Pray for the peace of God to prevail in Uganda and all the neighboring countries, let all forces that fight against peace be defeated. 2 Chron 14:7 “Therefore he said to Judah, "Let us build these cities and make walls around them, and towers, gates, and bars, while the land is yet before us, because we have sought the Lord our God; we have sought Him, and He has given us rest on every side." So they built and prospered”.
Wednesday 26th.
Pray for the will of God to be done in the nations of East Africa as they merge to form one regional block and let there be prosperity. Ezek 34:25-26 "I will make a covenant of peace with them, … and they will dwell safely in the wilderness and sleep in the woods. 26 I will make them and the places all around My hill a blessing; and I will cause showers to come down in their season; there shall be showers of blessing.
Thursday 27th.
Pray for God to enable us to continue reaching out with the gospel through various means viz: TV, Radio, Print Media, Billboards etc like never before and let God fulfill His word with Miracles signs and wonders wherever the gospel is preached. Mathew 24:14 “And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come”. KJV
Acts 6:8 “And Stephen, full of faith and power, did great wonders and signs among the people”.
Friday 28th. Pray for God to move in all our healing and deliverance services and overnights. Let God touch everyone who will come for these services. Mathew 4:24 “And his fame went throughout all Syria: and they brought unto him all sick people that were taken with diverse diseases and torments, and those which were possessed with devils, and those which were lunatic, and those that had the palsy; and he healed them.” KJV
Saturday 29th
Pray for God to bless all the members and partners of Victory Church who support His work through their tithes and seed offerings. Let Him continue to put resources in their hands for the purpose of His work. “Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year a hundredfold: and the LORD blessed him. And the man begun to prosper, and continued prospering until he became very prosperous…and the Philistines envied him” (Gen 26:12-14) Read also 2 Corinthians 9.
Sunday 30th .
Pray for God to take us individually and as the church of Jesus Christ to a new level of love for Him and His people and where our love has grown cold ask Him to take us back to the first love. Rev 2:4-5 “Nevertheless I have this against you, that you have left your first love. 5 Remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent and do the first works, or else I will come to you quickly and remove your lampstand from its place--unless you repent.”
Monday 31st
Pray for God to impart a new level of faith in your heart for the new month and season He is ushering us into, let God make our faith yield fruit in every area of our lives; our businesses, jobs and whatever we do for His glory John 15:8 “Herein is my Father glorified, that you bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples”
NOVEMBER
Tuesday 1st.
Pull down all the ruling powers over Nakawa Division, Kampala city and your own city or place of residence that are fighting the propagation of the gospel and the establishment of the Church. Ephesians 6:12 “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”
Wednesday 2nd.
By prayer and spiritual warfare intercession, destroy all satanic altars that are fighting the work of God in the region of Buganda, all over Uganda, East Africa and the entire continent of Africa. Ezekiel 6:1 “And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Son of man, set your face toward the mountains of Israel, and prophesy against them,…Thus says the Lord GOD to the mountains, and to the hills, to the rivers, and to the valleys; Behold, I, even I, will bring a sword upon you, and I will destroy your high places.”
Thursday 3rd.
Pray and release God’s judgment on evil altars that influence the politics, business and development of this nation and those that fight the work of the church. Jeremiah 10:10-11 “But the LORD is the true God, he is the living God, and an everlasting king: at his wrath the earth shall tremble, and the nations shall not be able to abide his indignation. Thus shall ye say unto them, The gods that have not made the heavens and the earth, even they shall perish from the earth, and from under these heavens.” KJV
Friday 4th.
Give thanks to the Lord for enabling Victory Church Of Christ Ministries to complete the first Ten Years of it’s existence and service to Him. 1 Samuel 7:12 “Then Samuel took a stone and set it up between Mizpah and Shen, and called its name Ebenezer, saying, "Thus far the Lord has helped us."
Saturday 5th.
Pray for God to provide for us within the next five years, all the resources we need for the Mega Church land and Building let Him give us a minimum of 3 billion shillings which we need to begin the project for the Mega Church “The silver is mine, and the gold is mine,’ says the LORD of hosts”. (Hagai 2:8). KJV
Sunday 6th.
Pray specifically for God to give us the 5 acre land we have found for the Mega Church and all other resources we need for the work of Ministry. Psalm 24:1 “The earth is the LORD’S, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.” KJV
Monday 7th.
Pray for God to raise up faithful ministers, the dream team in Victory Church Of Christ to do His work as we move towards the Mega Church. Mathew 9:37-38 “…The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.” KJV
Tuesday 8th.
Pray for God to give us deeper revelation of His word that will cause the believers to grow and bring change and blessings in the lives of His people. Ephesians 1:17-18 “That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: …” KJV
Wednesday 9th.
Pray for the Church of Jesus Christ worldwide to fulfill it’s mandate of reaching nations and bringing them to Christ according to the command of the Lord Jesus Christ. “Go you therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost” (Mathew 28:19): KJV
Thursday 10th.
Pray for God to convict the lost souls within our communities and wherever we minister the gospel to respond to the message and turn to the Lord and also pray for the salvation of your loved ones, family and others you know within your cycles. John 6:44 “No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.” KJV
Friday 11th.
Pray that God may give you the grace and the boldness to be a witness for Jesus Christ. Acts 1:8 “But you shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and you shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the end of the earth.” KJV
Saturday 12th.
Pray for the conservation of the harvest, that all those who give their lives to the Lord to be established in their salvation. 1 Corinthians 2:5 “That your faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God”.
Sunday 13th.
Pray for God to inspire all ministers of the gospel in Uganda and worldwide to give a balanced teaching that will enhance growth and spiritual maturity. Ephesians 4:11-13 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ
Monday 14th.
Pray for the people of God to be diligent in the word of God and for them to put it in practice and walk by faith so that they may be blessed. Isaiah 1:19 “If you be willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land:” Hebrews 11:1 “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen…by it the elders obtained a good report. Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.”
Tuesday 15th.
Pray for God to intervene in issues that affect children in our communities, in the nation and everywhere. Let God protect our children from people involved in child sacrifices and any form of child abuse, let God also protect our children from Human right organizations that want to take advantage of them and mislead them out of the way of God. Leviticus 18:21 “Do not give any of your children to be sacrificed to Molech, for you must not profane the name of your God. I am the LORD. “ (KJV)
Wednesday 16th.
Pray that God may protect our children from materials that have been adulterated in the school curriculums within the education sector and pray that God may bring changes in our educational curriculums that will bring glory to His name.
Thursday 17th.
Pray for the orphans and vulnerable children in our communities who have no parents and guardians and also those who are on the streets, let God provide for their basic needs. Psalms 82:3 “Defend the cause of the weak and fatherless; x maintain the rights of the poor y and oppressed.” (KJV)
Friday 18th.
Pray for God to protect and strengthen family and marriages. Let the hand of satan and the spirit of divorce be cut off from families. Pray also for the healing and restoration of failing marriages and family values Malachi 2:16 For the LORD, the God of Israel, says that he hates divorce: for one covers violence with his garment, says the LORD of hosts: therefore take heed to your spirit that ye deal not treacherously.). KJV
Saturday 19th.
Pray for the single people who want to marry to be released into their marriages, let evil powers holding them from the backgrounds and other sources be crippled in the name of Jesus. Psalms 68:6 “God sets the solitary in families: he brings out those which are bound with chains…”
Sunday 20th.
Pray for God to cause His people to experience greatness in all that they do in fulfillment of His word for this year being “The Year Of Great Things” materially, and financially Victory Church and in the lives of all His children before the end of this year. John 14:12 “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father”.
Monday 21st.
Pray for God to reveal to us the prophetic word that will help us through the Year 2012. Isaiah 30:21 “Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice v behind you, saying, “This is the way; w walk in it.” (KJV)
Tuesday 22nd.
Pray for your personal needs and that of others you know as the Spirit of God leads you. Pray that God will give you and God’s people the faith to receive from Him what you need. Philippians 4:6-7 “Be anxious for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.”
Wednesday 23rd.
Give thanks to the Lord for taking you through this fast and also for the answers that He has granted us and all the blessings that He has prepared for us in the new season and the Year ahead. 1 Thessalonians 5:18 “In everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.” KJV
Thursday 24th.
Pray for tomorrow’s healing miracles and deliverance overnight as we close the fast. Let God move and deliver His people and usher them into the New Season. Mathew 21:14 “And the blind and the lame came to him in the temple; and he healed them.”KJV
